Youth Service & Safety Week
Mark your calendars! The 2nd Annual Youth Service & Safety Week will be held Monday-Friday, July 10th -14th from 12:00-4:00pm at the Police Department – 314 Lambert Road. Daily activities will include decorating sweet treats, field day, touch-a-truck, water games, and more! There is no registration required and will be free of charge. We hope to see you come out and enjoy the activities that week!
Ride For Hope
Last year, more than 108,000 people were lost to overdose in the United States. We need your help to break the cycle and change the narrative! HELPING BREAK THE CYCLE OF ADDICTION STARTS WITH OUR YOUTH! BOWDAAC (Bethany, Orange, Woodbridge Drug & Alcohol Action Committee) along with the Milford & West Haven Prevention Councils, will hold our 11th Annual Ride For Hope charity motorcycle ride on Sunday, June 11, 2023.
With your support, we can continue our community outreach and educate our children on overdose awareness, underage drinking, vaping and substance use prevention. This community issue has touched each and every one of us in some way, shape or form. Our groups offer education to Milford/West Haven/Amity region students, community presentations/town halls, and more.
