Orange Fire Department Visit Holly Hill Childcare

The children of Holly Hill Childcare & Learning Center enjoyed a firsthand experience on fire safety thanks to the wonderful Orange Volunteer Fire Department members.

The firefighters demonstrated fire equipment as our eager students climbed up on the fire engine and manned the heavy water hoses!  They learned that firefighters are real people who want to help and never to be afraid of them and never, ever panic and hide!

We wish to thank all the volunteers for visiting our students during October Fire Safety Awareness month.  Bright red fire hats were given to each child at the end of this awesome event!
