Ken Ginsberg Receives CCIM Award for 2023

Houlihan Lawrence Wareck D’Ostilio proudly announce that Ken Ginsberg recently received the DealMaker award for his achievement at the CCIM annual awards dinner.

Ken Ginsberg received the “DealMaker” award for property located at 470 James Street #4, New Haven, CT. The 15,000 square foot District Athletic Club constituted the sale of the gym and corresponding 10-year lease to a rock climbing-facility.

The selling price was $2,934,531.16. Mr. Ginsberg represented the buyer in the transaction.
