Landscape Architect speaks at Garden Club

Travis Ewen ASLA of Orange, a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects, presented an outstanding program at the monthly meeting of the Garden Club of Orange.  It focused on landscape design and how it influences and benefits communities.  Travis an Orange native, has worked in projects close to home and around the world, and has decided with his wife to raise their family in Orange.

The Garden Club’s next program will be on March 14 at High Plains Community Center.  The Topic will be “Insect Pests of the Garden and Landscape” presented by Katherine Dugas of the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station.

The Garden Club of Orange is a member of the National Garden Club, New England Region and Federated Garden Clubs of Connecticut.  All are welcome to attend!  If interested, please call Nancy (203 795 9425).
