Connecticut’s Original Paranormal Convention Returns July 20-21 in New Location

For years there have been ghost sightings, ghost hunters, and unexplained occurrences. Certain states in the U.S. have been acknowledged as being very “haunted.”  Connecticut is certainly among the most haunted states, and, over the past few years, interest in the paranormal has been growing.  One of the reasons is the proliferation of world-class paranormal conventions in the state.

In 2021, Charles F. Rosenay!!! was one of the producers of Connecticut’s very first paranormal convention, ParaConn, and he has announced that the fourth annual event will be returning to the state, but in a brand new location.  On Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21 the paranormal season begins with this spooky spectacular at the Baldwin Center in Stratford, CT.  The haunted weekend event will feature special guests, seminars, panels, speakers, vendors, exhibits, a film festival, and much more.  It is open to all ages and will feature a plethora of fun and ghost-filled activities for all ages, of interest to the most experienced of paranormal investigators as well as the most casual fan or student of the occult and all things haunted.

The supernatural happenings don’t stop there. Rosenay!!! and his new associate, Thomas Gormley, known collectively as “The Shaman and The Showman LLC,” are branching out to present many more events that revolve around the supernatural.

On April 5 and 6, the duo is hosting a paranormal investigation at the Shore Line Trolley Museum in East Haven, billed as “Trembling on The Tracks:  The Trolley Ghost Hunt,” an event consisting of a group dinner, a paranormal class, and a hands-on ghost hunt which includes the child who was killed in a trolley accident and may still be haunting the tracks.

On July 27-28, they are producing the “CT Summer Psychic Fairfest at the Dudleytown Brewing Company in Windsor, CT, plus other area activities.  Outside of Connecticut, “The Salem Paranormal and Horror Convention” is set to return to Salem State University in Salem, MA November 9-10.

All these events are much smaller in scale than ParaConn 4, which is a spooky smorgasbord of paranormal guests, psychic readers, horror elements, and 50 vendors.   For the first time ever, there will be a film festival, and an optional special paranormal investigation/ghost hunt to a most unusual historic and other-worldly location.

Connecticut’s ParaConn 4 takes place Saturday and Sunday, July 20-21 from 11am-6pm at the fully air-conditioned Baldwin Center, 1000 W. Broad Street, Stratford.  Parking is free.  Food trucks/refreshments will be available.

Advance tickets are now on sale for only $19.99 through the website or direct from https://paraconn4-paranormalconvention.ticketleap.com/.  Past shows have sold out.

The website for Connecticut’s original Paranormal Convention is www.ParaConn.org.  For further information call (203) 795-4737 or email CTParaConn@gmail.com.  May the spirits be with you.
