Congregation Or Shalom Giving Back to the Community with Red Cross Blood Drive

Congregation Or Shalom will host a community blood drive in partnership with the American Red Cross on July 15, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 205 Old Grassy Hill Road.

“The short amount of time it takes to donate can mean a lifetime to a patient with a serious medical condition. We urge eligible donors to join us in the selfless act of giving blood,” organizers said.

All blood types are needed, especially O negative, B negative, and A negative. Type O negative is the universal blood type and is often used to treat trauma patients.
