Collins Accepts GOP Nomination in the 117th District
Republican delegates from Milford, Orange, and West Haven came together at the Milford City Parsons Government Center on Thursday night, unanimously endorsing Ray Collins III as their candidate for State Representative in the 117th district.

Amity Schools Celebrate Success: Budget Passes, Award Winners Honored, Library Renovation Plans Advance
The Amity Board of Education would like to thank the support of the community for the successful passage of the 2024-2025 Amity Regional School District Budget. The final vote count across the three towns was 979 in favor and 407 against. Additionally, each town individually approved the budget.

Anna Varholak, a member of Stonehill College’s Class of 2026 from Orange, CT, was recently honored at the institution’s Student Life Awards, held Sunday, April 28, 2024. Each year, this program celebrates campus community members for their outstanding contributions to the betterment of Stonehill.


Obituary: Dominic Mustello
Dominic Mustello, 81 of Orange, formerly of Floral Park, NY passed away peacefully April 27th at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Born May 4, 1942 in Jersey City, NJ, he was the son of the late Dominic and Marie Mustello and was predeceased by his beloved wife, Kathleen O'Brien Mustello.
