Dean’s/President’s List
Hofstra University
Hempstead, NY - Kayley Mingione of Orange excelled during the Fall 2022 semester at Hofstra, achieving a GPA of at least 3.5 to earn a spot on the Dean’s List. Kayley’s major is Psychology.
Lehigh University
Bethlehem, PA – Dean’s List status, which is awarded to students who earned a scholastic average of 3.6 or better while carrying at least 12 hours of regularly graded courses, has been granted to Spencer Shepard in the Fall 2022 semester.
Mars Hill University
Mars Hill, NC - Alexander Oleschuk of Orange is one of 339 Mars Hill University students named on the Honor Roll of the Academic Dean at the end of the fall 2022 semester. To qualify for the Dean’s List, students must earn a grade-point average of 3.5 on a minimum of 12 semester hours, and carry no grade below a C.
Quinnipiac University
Hamden, CT - The following Orange students were named to the dean’s list for the Fall 2022 semester at Quinnipiac University: Stephen Delaney, Chloe Gherlone, Saliba Kaoud, Julia Lagoutis, Jamie Longobardi, Arity Morrison, and Mitchell Sousa. To qualify for the dean’s list, students must earn a grade point average of at least 3.5 with no grade lower than C. Full-time students must complete at least 14 credits in a semester, with at least 12 credits that have been graded on a letter grade basis to be eligible. Part-time students must complete at least six credits during a semester.
Sacred Heart University
Fairfield, CT - Allison Steigleder of Orange was named to the Dean’s List of Sacred Heart University. Allison is a Junior, majoring in Social Work and minoring in Criminal justice.
Siena College
Loudonville, NY - Juliana Amici of Orange, CT was named to the Siena College President’s List for the Fall 2022 Semester. The President’s List requires a 3.9 grade point average or higher.
Springfield College
Springfield, MA - Springfield College Recognizes Dean’s List Students for the 2022 Fall Semester. The following Orange students have been named to the dean’s list for academic excellence for the 2022 fall semester: Molly Blair has a primary major of Health Sci/Pre-OT; Keira Droney has a primary major of Art & Design; Gillian Fuchs has a primary major of Health Sci / Pre-OT; and Lauren Ronai has a primary major of Health Sci / Pre-PA. The criteria for selection to the Dean’s List are as follows: the student must have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded coursework for the term, exclusive of “P” grades. The student must not have any incompletes or missing grades in the designated term. The student must have a minimum semester grade average of 3.500 for the term.
Stonehill College
Easton, MA - Stonehill College is proud to recognize the students named to the Dean’s List this semester. To qualify for this honor, students must have a semester grade point average of 3.50 or better and must have successfully completed all courses for which they were registered. University of Bridgeport
Bridgeport, CT - Shannon Mulherin, of Orange, was named to the University of Bridgeport’s Fall 2022 President's List. Mulherin was among more than 300 students named to the Fall 2022 President’s List. To be named to the President’s List, a student must maintain a term grade point average of 3.7 or higher.
University of New Hampshire
Durham, NH - The following students have been named to the Dean’s List at the University of New Hampshire for the fall 2022 semester: Jillian Gusciora, earning High Honors; Alexandra Hurlburt, earning Honors; and Jillian Lucibello, earning Honors.
University of Rhode Island
Kingston, RI - The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the Fall 2022 Dean’s List. Those from Orange, CT include: Jenna Aconfora, Elizabeth Cohen, Sebastian Formica, Julia Hoddinott, Jayson Hutchinson, Becky Marchitto, Pete Spodnick, and Sophia Swift. To be included on the Dean’s List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 or more credits for letter grades which are GPA applicable earning at least a 3.30 quality point average.
Worcester Polytechnic Institute
Worcester, MA - The criteria for the WPI Dean’s List differs from that of most other universities as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the Dean’s List by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects. The following Orange, CT students were named to the Dean’s List for fall 2022 are: Natalie Carrington, majoring in Mechanical Engineering (BS), class of 2025; and Stephen Stardellis, majoring in Computer Science (BS), class of 2026.
