Drug Take Back Day
On National Drug Take Back Day, which was held on Saturday, April 22nd, BOWDAAC collected 215/5lbs of unused, unwanted and/or expired medications. Thank you to all who helped with this effort, including the Orange Policed Department, CERT, and the CT Pharmacy Association.
Ride For Hope
Last year, more than 108,000 people were lost to overdose in the United States. We need your help to break the cycle and change the narrative! HELPING BREAK THE CYCLE OF ADDICTION STARTS WITH OUR YOUTH! BOWDAAC (Bethany, Orange, Woodbridge Drug & Alcohol Action Committee) along with the Milford & West Haven Prevention Councils, will hold our 11th Annual Ride For Hope charity motorcycle ride on Sunday, June 11, 2023, $30 PER BIKE (includes rider/passenger). Drive-In Movie
Orange Youth Services, in combination with Orange Parks & Recreation, will be hosting our Spring Drive-In Movie Night. It will be held on Saturday, May 13th with the rain date being the following day. Parking will begin at 7:30pm and the movie will begin at 8:00pm. The spring movie will be ‘Hop’. $15 per car, which will include a family snack bag. Registration is required: 203-891-4790.
